Preorders let you reserve your pair before/during launch. When you preorder, your shoes are guaranteed and will ship on or shortly after our official release date. We’ll send you updates and tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Please anticipate 3-5 weeks.

We want you to love your shoes! If they’re not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery (unused, in original condition, with packaging).

To keep your shoes looking their best:

• Store them in their dust bags when not in use.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight.
